Payment and Process Information
Consultation Fee: A $50 consultation fee is paid at the time of scheduling. If you choose to move forward with your case, this amount will be credited toward your total case fee.
Flat Legal Fees: All services are billed at a flat rate — no hourly billing and no surprise costs. Payment is due when all documents are ready to file.
Payment Flexibility: We offer installment plans to make your legal costs more manageable.
Filing Fees: Government filing fees are not included in our flat legal fee. Clients are responsible for USCIS and consular fees separately.
Case Complexity: If your case has unusual complexity or additional steps, you’ll be notified before any additional costs are incurred.
